Jockeyed for The Horseshoe


15 men posted for the monthly running of the #Horseshoe.  Of course, YHC cannot leave it well enogh alone, so a twist was added.

For the record, our brother ER was in attendance, but not registered with the web site.

The Thang:

Each lap is .27 miles.  Each lap you do an exercise at the end and you add the previous lap’s exercise to the next lap until we get to the 5th lap.  With the start of the 6th lap, reverse ladder begins and you drop the 1st exercise and continue until you get to 1 exercise.

Exercises:

  1. Sumo Jump Squats x 10
  2. Merkin/Maktar Jai Combo x 10
  3. Tony Hawks x 15
  4. Alternating hand merkins x 10
  5. Curb Jump/Broad Jump Burpee x 5

TWIST: Partner up and jockey your via partner carry to top of Southport Rd each trip up. *devious laugh*

Jockeyed Moleskin:

1.  Great work by all men…not all finished but were a mere lap away.

2. Initial concerns given by a few PAX is we are suppose to finish the Horseshoe, good point, it's you vs. you out there…work hard and get it done!

3. Contrary to popular belief, no monkey's were humped.  Although, M-16 still has PTSD from the last time we approached Southport hill….those poor children witnessed their 1st ever monkey humping…the horror!

4. The jockey twist hopefully added the ultimate fun you've ever had at the Horseshoe! You're welcome America!
