24 hard-chargers gathered for a workout that's so ugly it's cute… the jug-a-lug. In a gloom where the humidity was surpassed only by the average age of the pax we gathered for something along these lines:

Ye Olde Jug-skin:
1. Special Sauce lodged a wet-grass complaint before we even launched. I care about your fitness and your comfort, so we adjourned to some nice, dry concrete on the FD grinder… but we'd be back.
2. Firefighter Butch rolled in at 0540 in his big, red firefighter pick-up truck. Though he demurred our invitation to join, he emerged a few minutes later for his morning run wearing a sweet Miagi head band. #stylish
3. Duvall led a gaggle of chatty Cathy's during the jug planking.
4. Speaking of Duvall, he did a pretty good job as ring girl during the 15th round.
5. Speaking of the 15th round, I think we've got some real contenders out there.
6. Quick move to curls for girls when the joggers came by. I'm sure they appreciated that.
That was thoroughly enjoyable morning men. Thanks for coming out to run around town with milk jugs. There's power – and a fair amount of stupidity – in numbers. No way we do something like that on our own. Iron sharpens iron aye.
