Naked Man Moleskin:
- Cousin Eddie with the solo standard prior to the Horseshoe – IMPRESSIVE. Stupid, but impressive
- Several pax became overheated/dehydrated. Please hydrate twice as much as you think you need to prior to and after the workout. A good rule of thumb – if you don’t HAVE to go to the bathroom within 4 hours of the workout, you are not drinking enough. By end of the day, urine should be nearly clear
- Sudz got some much deserved ribbing for the dirt on his new Tesla truck – several pax (Thug and Full Moon if you are asking) were able to write clear, legible suggestions to wash his vehicle. Well, Full Moon is from Alabama so may have been only somewhat clear and legible.
- Can’t honestly remember a Horseshoe with higher humidity. Strong work men!
- Please keep Airstream in your prayers as he continue to summit 14,000 feet mountains out west.
