Partner up with another pax for this burner. Partner 1 does an exercise while Partner 2 runs. When Partner 2 returns, switch off and pick up at the rep count. Repeato until these goals are met:

Recover, Recover
Moleskin:
Cobra and Out Cold were troopers today. Cobra was back fresh from vacation and has been trying to rest his knee (per Jobe’s orders). He I’m tied YHC to run from our neighborhood to the AO. YHC is not a stud like Cobra, so he took a raincheck. Cobra was ready and waiting at the AO after getting ~2.0M in as YHC arrived. Out Cold came straight from being a good father and bottle fed his 2 week newborn daughter before laying her back down and then bolting to the AO to sneak in a workout before everyone woke up. We got in some good mosey and several reps. Glad we were able to start our day together. We are better together vs the fartsack that was the “other option” the day after the 4th.
