After a brief warm-o-rama, we passed out 2 coupons in the form of cap blocks. Yes, cap blocks. Look it up.
We hauled those over to our old friend the parking ramp near the theater and used them in the following way:
Split into 2 groups of two. One set of these fellows was to run backward up the ramp and execute 5 burpees at the top, then mosey on around and down the stairs, while the other set performed an exercise amrap until they returned. These were (most of) the exercises:
Curls
Squats
LBCs (no block)
Chest press
People’s chair (w/ block)
Alternating LBCs (no block)
Calf raise
Skull crusher
Overhead press
Plank
We then moseyed back to COT
1 round of Little Baby Extensions
Fin.
Enron posted at a boot camp. He did it like a pro! He’ll be back.
Fast Pitch told me he posts 3-4 times per week and alternates his workout AOs. This keeps his stamina up, being in his late 40s- at least that’s what I think he said as he passed me, loop after loop.
Holiday did the work for himself and for Deep Dish, in absentia. Deep Dish was absent, not Holiday. Just so we’re clear. That could have been confusing.
