Just a roll of the virtual dice

Another beautiful morning out in the gloom.  Shortly after pulling into the parking lot Etch, Amen, and the force came running in from their standard.

Day 3 of the Month of Mona was underway at 5:30

Mosey around the parking lot then circle up for Warmorama

SSH, IST, CP, WM, TS

The Main Event was a list of 12 exercises to which each pax would take turns rolling the dice to see which one we would do (well actually push the roll button for the dice app on my phone)

2 – 8 count burner

3 – Swing

4- Sumo deadlift w/ high pull

5 – Skull crushers

6 – Halo

7 – Bent over row

8 – Flutter kicks

9 – Lateral raises

10 – High pull

11 – Lawn Mower

12 – Take a lap

Apparently I forgot to put curls on the list, as this was pointed out strongly by the Force.  At 6:04, after another comment, YHC called the audible and made the next exercise curls

We hit pretty much each item on the list, some multple times.  I do not think the randomizer was strong with this app.

As The Force metioned also that my playlist for the morning was pretty random.

  • The Romantics – What I Like About You
  • The Ides of March – Vehicle
  • The Nashville Teens – Tobacco Road
  • Van Morrison – Brown Eyed Girl
  • Tommy Tutone – 867-5309
  • The Village People – Mach Man
  • J. Geils Band – Centerfold
  • The Ramones-  Blitzkreig Bop
  • ZZ Top – Sharp Dressed Man and Cheap Sunglasses
  • Tom Petty – Runnin Down a Dream
  • Rob Zombie – Dragula
  • The Yardbirds – For Your Love
  • The Kinks – Destroyer

Number of reps were determined soley on how many I felt like doing at that time.  This was shown when we had to do the same exercise two times in a row.  Lots of mumblechatter especially the few times I messed up the count (thanks to Ultraman for keeping  up with the count)

It was a great group today.  Awesome to see Tweetsie and Etch back at it.  I appreciate everyone showing up.

As random as this workout is, and the number of kettle bell workouts I have this month I would not be surprised if it repeats (maybe with some slight modifications)
