Axel is back from being sick for several weeks. For an old guy who is just getting back……he sure can get after it.

Birkdale Village was covered up in F3 guys this morning. It was tough finding a parking spot! F3 had a group leaving at 4:45, then the JAVA crew at 5:01 with the real F3 runners shortly there after.
3.45 total miles today at a sub 9 min pace!
