  1. My preblast promised an easy work-out.  Hopefully, I lied a little.
  2. Stretching is overrated, right Jethro?
  3. No one had the answer to the question from Nightstick on whether Apollo Ohno is called Bonnie Blair in FIA.
  4. I'm a bad communicator.  Every time I lead and want to do walk the plank on the bars, there is mass confusion.  I need to work on that.
  5. According to Outlaw, if you want to see perfect form in a squat, watch Geek. 
  6. Had to admit I could only do 1 decline merkin at the fountain at the end of several things.  Embarrassing.
  7. Why is it that flatulence is still funny to a bunch of grown men?  It started going off the rails when Hat Trick started telling a story about putting powder on some dude who would then fart????
