The Thang
Well there was supposed to be another Q, but I took it.
We ran all the shoots to the back corner.
We did an exercise that involved our shoulders/ pecks and then ran to the next spot on the shoots and did a leg workout. Swapping up with a different exercise at each spot all the way back up to the shoot. Then we did the same thing in reverse. From the bottom we made our way back up through the shoots rotating between an ab/ hip exercise and shoulder/ peck exercise. Finished right on time at the top.

So you see the Lord know how to resue godly people from their trials, even while keeping the wicked under punishment until the day of final judgement.
What I was thinking when I read this was I sure hope I’m not one of the wicked.

Crabby Patties company is rebranding to Just Call Dad I believe it was. This stayed the topic of the M/C most of the workout. Of course it went to the gutter.
Shirley seems to be recovering from surgery pretty well. Great to have him back.
