THE THANG
Partner up.
Both PAX mosey/walk in opposite directions. One towards the flagpole. The other towards the N. Little Egypt school entrance/exit. Both turning around and running back towards each other at the turn arounds.
Once PAX meet again they conduct the exercise and reps below and return to mosey/walk once completed.
Rinse and repeat.
10 Merkins
10 Squats
10 Mountain climber
10 LBC
15 minutes completed.
Partners to the benches by the school entrance.
One PAX AMRAP (as many reps as possible) of the exercise below while the other PAX quadraphilias around the flagpole
Two rounds dips.
Two rounds incline Merkin.
Continue, but quadraphilias are now just regular mosey with the other PAX does bench step ups.
