With Omaha away you’d think the kids would take that chance to explore other AO’s but not for these 4. Even with the Tri over…some of us are still committed to improving our stroke and getting faster.

Omaha of course provided me with a plan to fill the time. It went something like this
400 warm up
100 kick
200 swim
300 pull
400 swim
300 swim (every 4th lap use non freestyle)
200 fast swim
100 cool down
2000 total yards and we all finished within the allotted time.
Great work and we’ll get back to the hard stuff next week. Until them just keep swimming.
