FNG-1 is OX, who was named after the workout and who seems to be interested in getting out to some drier workouts in addition to Water Wings.
Omaha had been away, and then he came back, and there was much rejoicing. Then he shared the workout and the rejoicing stopped.
We did a series of intervals: 3 x 75 yards followed by 1 x 50 yards.
Throughout the workout – the target for the 75s got faster and the target for the 50s got slower.
Rinse/Repeat until we got to 2,000 yards and the rejoicing commenced yet again. Hooray!!!
