THE THANG
*Mosey to the block pile.
*Once you select your block we begin our ruck.
*We left St Marks and crossed Stumptown over into the Stone Hollow neighborhood.
*Various stops on our ruck for pain to include:
-Decline Merkins
-Block Squats
-Curls
-Chest Press
-LBCs
-Skull Crushers
-Lawn Mowers
-Block Burpees
*We returned to St Marks to finish up the approx. 1.5 Mile ruck
*Noticing we had a little extra time we had time for:
-Pull Ups
-Wall Sits with shoulder presses
-Balls or Cracks to the wall
-Wall Kicks
-Pray Mantises

*At 0659 when it was just Toxic and I Toxic began to lobby that we should just go to coffee per F3 policy. Seemed questionable but Die Hard and Greyhound rolled in moments later and threw a wrench in Toxic’s plan.
*Most of our fingers were numb for the first half of the workout. Should have brought thicker gloves.
*Apparently you can’t jump right into merkins without some type of foreplay…
*Die Hard had reached his mileage quota this week so decided to join a bootcamp vs a run. Great to have you there.
*Gray Hound was discussing all the AOs he had attended this week. Kudos. Strong effort.
*Kind of odd that the entire neighborhood has streets named after people.
*Prayers were given to all those in F3 and elsewhere that are dealing with struggles right now. Please now we are all here for you.
