6 Men appeared on the 1st of November for some treats!   It was a HIIT!

 

Warmorama:

High Knees, Butt Kicks, Walking Toy Soldiers, Skip, Windmills, Cherry Pickers, Imperial Storm Troopers, Side Straddle Hops.

The Thang:

Two Rounds of the following exercises, AMRAP's for each exercise in 45 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest.

  • Welcome back Oktoberfest!!  
  • Pax really enjoyed the treat of the decline merkins, almost like "balls to the wall"
