Just your standard Bell effort

 A group of 4 waited patiently for the MQ to roll in at 5:31 – to complete our manly gathering.  

Throughout the workout we did many things with bells – so many things.  

Here’s almost how things went:

Warm o Rama

Run a lap around the lot

The Thang

Bell Work – curls, overhead press, Skull crushers and squats

Run a lap

Bell Work – lawn mowers, chest press with WW2 situps in between sets, repeato, repeato

Run a lap

Head to the wall for a few rounds of people’s chair + Seal Claps, Air Press and Touch dem Heels

Bear Crawl while advancing your bell

Over to the curb and the fence for a series of Calf Raises (with Bells) and fence aided deep squats (without)

More Bell Work – Overhead Press Time Bomb, Curls x 7IC (High, Low, Full, Reverse)

Taking a page from Cubicle – form a circle with feet nearly touching in the middle.  Pass a bell to the right, do a WW2, wait for the bell to make its way back to you.  With just 5 people – we only used one bell but could adapt with more bells for more people.  We did about 10 trips around.

I’m surely screwing up the order and leaving things out – but this is relatively close to what we did, as far as you know.
