A possibly rainy day turned out to be no rain at all at the Blender this am. YHC was truly hoping on Monday at The Sword while being beaten down by Caboose that he would take a day off on Tuesday, but realized he had the keys to the Blender so had to move forward.
We started with some warmarama which is frowned on at the Blender, but i'm old and i needed a little stretching.

- Thanks to Dallas for allowing me to Q the Blender…it's an honor to take on what is meant to me a tough workout and hope it was delivered
- Kudos to Dallas and Gypsy for running 5 miles before the workout!! although dallas mentioned a stop at his house for a "bathroom break"
- Some good mumblechatter with Scrappy always the first out of the gate…the guy is just fast at everything he does and pushes the PAX to keep up
- Overbudget grabbed him on a few sprints though! 🙂
- Good work by the entire PAX today.
