Keep Pounding


11 me that couldn't (or choose not to) attend the Polar Bear gathered at Stumpy Creek Park on a cool morning to make their down painment.  There were 2 prerunners for LSD Santiago and Loveshack.  Heres what happened

Warmorama

Mosey down and around the parking lot inlcuding High Knees, Butt Kickers to get out legs warm and then mosey over the the Pull Up Bars.

SSH X 25,  5 Pullups OYO  

Soy Bean Picker x 10, 4 Pullups OYO

IST x 15, 3 Pullups OYO

Mountain Climbers x 15, 2 Pullups OYO

Windmill x 10, 1 Pullup OYO

Mosey around the track over the river and through the woods to the far soccer field.  Line up on far end of soccer field.  Run to opposite end of soccer field 5 Burpies come back and plank until everyone finishes.  Continue accross all 3 three soccer fields each time through adding 1 more excersie but stopping at each spot going and coming back.  On round 2 we addded stopping at the center of each field for 1 Greg Louganis Merkin.  We added 10 Merkins, 15 Squats, 20 Carlona Dry Docks, 25 Pickle Pounds.  When finshed when the last set plank and KEEP POUNDING until everyone is done.

There was a lot of talk about the upcoming Super Bowl and what may or may not happen during that game.  

The pullup bars are getting a lot of use and by the talk on slack we will continue to visit them often.  

Total distance covered was 2.25 miles. Nice Job!

There was a mention from one of the pax that a few guys that were not in attendence need to get back to "dumb down the conversations"  appearently Santiago and Tick Tock were having a very intense conversation and didn't hear most of the instructions.  

It was a great time together thanks for allowing me to lead this fine group.
