2 – lap karokee facing the field

5 & 6 – Indian run around the track, last person 3 burpees before running to the front
Head to the bleachers
Starting with box jump to the top
10 calf raises on top step
5 burpees every step down
10 dips at the bottom
Box jump to the top
4 Burpees every step down
10 dips at the bottom
