5 Burpees then take your turn at 5,10, 15 Reps at each exercie. While wiating for your turn do SSH
5 Burpees First Round 5 Reps- Curl, Overhead Press, Sidewinders, Trifecta
5 Burpees Second Round 10 Reps- Curl, Overhead Press, Sidewinders, Trifecta
5 Burpees Third Round 15 Reps- Curl, Overhead Press, Sidewinders, Trifecta
Bring all the Bellz to the bottom of the stairs
Did some Bellz exercises in a circle as fast as we could rotating 2 spots to the right every 2 exercises trying to keep the heart rate up.
