5 men gathered in a variety of footwear to take a warm up walk and get stretched. Hefty skipped the walk but was waiting for us when we returned. We did the usual arms and upright stretches, then on our 6, then on our 12 (?). There was certainly an acknowledgement that YHC is far from a yoga instructor. At the same time, the stretching progression certainly has a flow to it. Enjoyed the MC as always.

- Scope is a proud papa after Dabo Bunny graduated 8th grade and was named MICS Athlete of the Year – way to go DB! And he also has a 6th sense for knowing who the b**** teachers are
- Dr Dolittle reminded YHC that missing a college class in our day cost $10, now it costs $50. Thank you for that
- Sonar's hot tub purchase and installation was actually for theraputic purposes as opposed to recreational. Who knew?
