The Moleskin:

  • Welcome FNG, now Little Finger, named via The Count. Glad to have you among us and hope to see you out in the gloom again soon.
  • What's She's on Top (SOT) – glad you asked, this may have been created before, it's a great hamstring burner. Basically start on your 6, put your feet on a raised platform (table, bench, etc) and then raise your 6 up off the ground. That's it. Can't take credit for the name, but I will for the work. I care about your fitness after all.
  • It's been a while since last posting back at Mad Scientist, but with holidays, terrible excuses, general laziness, arctic cold….getting back at it felt great.
  • Funky Town, great job MQ, for keeping Vanquisher alive and breathing. Great to see a lot of familiar faces. Thanks for the opportunity to lead today.
  • F3 has been probably the longest running fitness commitment (if I can call it that, 2 years in May) that I've made. But it's not just about that. The whole community of other men, my BNBRR brothers, has been what's brought me out time after time, and after weeks in between.  Thank you all, and thanks Mooch for the EH.
