Skull crusher with block 10x

Shouder press with block 10X

Curl with block 10x

The Zipper  (staggered merkins & regular merkins along the line of blocks)

5 burpees

Mosey to the pull up bars (no running)

6 burpees

Pull ups 10

7 burpees

Mosey back to blocks (no running)

Lawnmower Pulls 20

8 burpees

Squats with block 10X

9 Burpees

Calf raises (toes pointed out) 10X

10 burpees

Calf raises (toes pointed in) 10X

This was my birthday hangover workout, luckily I did not party the night before! 

Thanks for all the came out early in the 20 degree temp, hopefully the burpees kept you warm.

We did so many burpees I lost count a few times but Geek helped keep the burpee count on track!
