- lap around the campus then to the blocks

- 15 Block squats IC
- 15 lunges each leg
- 15 Block Swings IC

- 1 lap around parking lot then back to blocks to repeato with 5 reps of each.

The bowel movement conversation begin with Shirley and NOT Mater
Crabby was very open to the idea of YHC joining the Baltimore fanbase because of the crappy teams in this area.
Mater didn’t remember doing some of the exercises (probably cause he was talking too much) and decided to do them again while we watched.
Plenty more mumble chatter but it is hard to remember it all 14 hours later.
