Kettlebell Timers

3 Men joined me this morning for a kettlebell farmers carry timer exercises.  I need to dial this one in a little but certainly something I’ll bring to future workouts.  I appreciate your hard work men.

Warmup:
20 SSH
10 Wind  + Ham stretch
10 Monkey + Thigh strech
Arm Circles + Arm stretch
BB Hill mosey back to playground

Thang:
Timer is 40 lb kettlebell carry down path to parking lot, right hand down, left hand back to play ground.
While Timer is on kettlebell farmers carry:  PAX is doing the following:
Curls, skulls, presses and Block rows:  Each Timer got 2 rounds in.
2 X Max pullups
15 IC block squats
2 X LBH Sprints
2 X LBH Quadriphillia
15 IC LBC's
10 IC LBC’s legs left + LBC legs right
20 WWI's OYO
American Hammer to 6:15 finish

Mumble Chatter:
Puddle deftly commented “that ‘sumbitch’ is heavy” about the kettlebell, all PAX agreed with this observation.
