FNG-1 = Igor (pronounced eye-gore)
Some time ago, Qbert was signed up on calendar to Q and then forgot all about it until his neighbor Igor told him so. How did Igor know? Because he attend the Gold's Gym AO every Friday at 0530 (why isn't it on the calendar?!) and ran into CB and Popcorn who kept EHing him to come out.
At 0525, attendance was sparse (Qbert, CB, and Igor). Qbert threatened to go to the gym if no one else showed. At 0528, the cars rolled in as well as a runner…wait…IS THAT JOBE?! You heard it here first folks, Jobe ran a solo standard before Dragon Slayer. His arms looked more noodley already. The pax then proceeded to make fun of the POUND FOR POUND CHAMPION of bench presses because of his weight.
0530 hits. We walk to the pull-up forest and commence.

Grab the tires and put the tows on them. 2 pax on each tire pull it across the field while the other follow. Tire flip relay back. repeato. KB Swing to OH Press to Slam into The Ground x 20 OYO. We made some nice divots in the field. Sorry Dingo – please offer our apologies to the church. More tire pulls. Pax carry KB across the field this time. Put up tires. 10 pull ups. Grab bells and walk back to launch.

- Good to see Igor out. Even though he is a kotter, he does Gold's and Orange Theory so he is in better shape than pretty much all of us.
- Jobe is looking small.
- Swing State is apparently "fat". So be concerned that there is such thing as a "fit" Swing State. Scary to think about.
- Thanks to Tugs and Big Montana for resisting Mr. Holland's siren's song to post at Samson.
- Uncle Rico led the pack as usual.
- Dingo is a DS regular. He also commented that the Goatbusters were noticeably absent. I guess they don't like to do hard things.
- Qbert moves to Huntsville, AL in 2 months so squeeze your Qs out of him while you can.
