I don't think we did a warm up? Can't remember it was so long ago. 

I went to Tuesday Morning and bought Chalk so I could write on the ground the work out. 

  • 100 – Pull ups
  • 100 – burpees
  • 100 – merkins
  • 100 – LBC
  • 100 – Kettle Bell Swings
  • 100 – Shoulder Presses

My thought was to get a partner and do it together, that didn't work out as well as I thought. Callahan and Oshkosh did it all together. 
I gave the PAX the freedom to do the workout in any order they wanted to with one rule. If you switch exercises you have to run a lap around the parking lot. The pull ups were tuff because few can knock out 100 off the bat, it took me 3 rounds. Lots of guys don't like Burpees, but I am not one of them. I did 50/50. 

I was thrilled with the number of guys that showed up. I was trying to be as fair as possible by giving everyone a heads up that if you didn't like lots of pull up and burpees you might want to hit another AO. I think a good number of the PAX that came might have missed that Tweet. LOL

I thought it was a good work out but might tweak how to do it if I try it again. 

Mole: The support and encouragement as we worked out near my jeep listing to 80s music was great. Without trying hard, we seemed to motivate each other just by working hard. Thank you to Callahan, Oshkosh, Hat Trick, Titan, Omega, Cobra Kai for the awesome effort in trying a new work out. MMM is a great AO
