WARNING: TLDR, but here goes…
F3 embodies the awakening of men in our Fitness, Fellowship, & Faith. The impact F3 has had on my life, my family, and my community is enormous. I'm looking for a way to answer Swingstate's call to "Bring what you know and lead from where you are."
I am a better man because of F3. I’m a stronger follower of Christ, I’m a better father and husband, and I’m an active member of my community creating impact.
When I began F3 six years ago, I had a strong desire to impact others. Truthfully speaking though, I lacked the skills to facilitate lasting impact and change in other people's lives at that time. As a result, I went looking for those skills.
My journey to find leadership training ultimately led me to become certified as a Life Coach, a Leadership Coach, & a Performance Coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and an ACC Certification with the ICF.
As a result of coaching dozens of leaders over the last few years, I’ve developed a truly amazing leadership training program called L.E.A.D.
L.E.A.D. stands for Leadership Energetics & Acceleration Development training. The program is for people with a strong desire to create high-impact in the world, but lack the skills and frameworks to do so.
The program is a culmination of secrets I’ve learned from other leaders, my own experiences of learning the hard way, and a host of proven training programs. Proven training programs from sales leadership, lean manufacturing, and Life, Leadership, & Performance Training from IPEC.
What I’ve learned is that people don’t want “rules to live by”. While rules to live by are great for the right situation, those rules don’t tell you which situation to use which rule. That leaves people exhausted and exasperated trying to live up to a standard that didn’t actually apply.
The L.E.A.D. program brings years of experience, proven training, and the power of question-based leadership into action. And now I’m ready to bring it to F3.
For F3, I'm running a six-week training to help other PAX level up their skills. Here are the deets…
