Running up the parking lot to the first island for a Mary exercise. 

 

25 WWII sit ups

 

Run back to kb 

 

Repeat but increase by 5 count and run to the next island. 

 

At the island each round the following Mary exercises were selected by each PAX member. 

 

25 count mountain climbers (1-4 count =100)

25 count split leg LBC 12 each leg plus 1

25 count low flutter 

25 count LBC 

25 count crunchy frog

25 count hip dips 

25 dragonflies

25 count toe touches 

 

Repeat in descending order 

 

Equalizer (2 heaviest guys passed their KB off to the 2 lightest guys) was used to return to the front of the church. 

 

5 pretzel crunches each leg

One other Marry exercise I can’t recall 

 

 

Recover Recover 

 

No Standard this morning but Cherry Bomb did get in 2 1/2 laps around the church prior to the start.  Great to see 3 guys driving over from Concord cause they enjoy The Blender. 

 

At first, the Q was wondering if anyone else was sweating but once the third round began everyone was dripping sweat. Everyone enjoyed the music selection including the wedding reception dance songs.
