With no discussion the day/night before we weren’t sure if anyone would show up for the Lake Loop or just jump in with the 4 Bangers.  So two showed up and decided for the Lake Loop and get in 4 non-stop muggy miles.  I know Airstream prefers to run at a faster pace but he held back for some fellowship miles at a 9:18 pace.  And for the first time ever, my watch actually showed I ran farther than Airstream (he usually somehow gets credit for at least a half mile more).   

Our regular Lake Loop runner, Full Moon, was certainly missed. 

We joined coffee with the others from 4 Banger, General, and makeup Horseshoe runners.
