8 men gathered a bit before start time, there was some chit-chat that helped quell the PAX uneasiness….then we were off
run to top of lot
SSH X 15
IST X 15
windmill X 12
something else X 12
running
to the new park – stop at entry
10 X merican
10 X WW2 OYO
short run to back of nice new smooth parking lot
pax count off to 2 teams – and I pull out deck (that's an 'e') of old cards
based on suit (mericans / WW2 / CDDs / Squat) & # we run a lap around the lot complete required set – slow team does 5 burpees
if I recall Team 2 took an early lead, Baller and Gambini cruising the lot and contributing extra exercises, but ultimately the team of better men from Team 1 emerged victorious –
run back of lot, pax wanted to go down step, snake infested hill, so we did, after I re-disclaimered….twice
to very bottom of lot (Force's request) and it was time for mary
WW2 x 15
pretzel crunch x 10 each side
elbow plank
repeato!
a couple pax led exercises – and recover-recover
notables:
Baller did early exercises up hill, no-one chose that option
Force did extra curls for the girls at the end – and although there were accusations against him of competitive shenanigans, they are thus far unproven and therefore must be false (is there a lawyer in the mix)
Kotters to Jingle (thought he was an MQ????)
Gambini now has BB credit
Jenny is gettng back at it after an extra long time away (hope he wasn't with jingle)
Drebin's speed continues, need to get this guy to some races!
