So i show up today with a an idea for a workout and immediately ask QBert if anyone took the Q, which they didn't, so poor Qbert was left to take it himself again (get signed up people!).  I kindly requested permission to take the Q…and so it began.

Jump squats (same theme with all pull ups, 1/2 Pax doing something else and then flapjack prior to next step

Bear Crawl back of parking lot

run a lap (short lap by the cars like the old parking lot set up

9 Pull ups

9 burpees

run a lap

8 pull ups

Big Baby Crunches

broad jump back of lot

THE FINISHER
grab a parking lot spot

plank position, side plank walk to the right 4 'steps' and do a burpee, then go back to left and do a burpee.  repeat several times
