Run to front playground from clubhouse. Stop and circle for few abs exercises at boat storage parking lot.
Launch from Point A (1/10 mile from front playground) and run to Point B (front playground). Perform the following exercises at Point A launch (all OYO): Burpees 10, Man Maker Merkins 10, CDD 10, 4X4 10. Perform 10 pull-ups at Point B. So basically start at A with the 10 reps outlined above, run to B and do 10 pull-ups…..
Run back to clubhouse parking lot. Circle at boat storage parking lot. Pax each called AB exercise.
