Really late… but here is the BB for Fission from 3/19
4 PAX kept their distance and did the following:
warmarama
– run around parking lot
– sst, ist, cp, windmill
the thang
– odd numbered spots = mericans, squats, lbc
– even numbered spots = cdd, lunges, low flutter
– 20 of each
– start at parking spot #1, do odd numbered exercises, run to spot 18 and back but stop at spot 2
– do even exercises, run to 18 and back but stop at 3
– repeato until you get to 18
– i owed some mericans, squats, and burpees as punishment for sleeping through my Q the week before and the PAX were generous enough to do them with me
– recover recover

– thanks to the 3 PAX who showed up. It was my second to last workout before I decided to just run solo during all of this
– in total we did 180 of each exercise
