Late PB = Double Digit post at BRP

+Boar Dog

Mr. Holland was out of town and didn't have a Q lined up, so suggested a convergence elsewhere, but we had a different plan.  At the last minute I took the lead since Moses was looking for a workout and likes to be faithful to the OG AO.  With Wolfgang in tow, he joined seven more of us as we began the workout.  Moby Dick rolled up as we were starting SSH, so he didn't miss much.  Here is our story…

Warm-o-Rama

Pretty standard warm-up.  We moseyed down to the soccer field and faked a circle-up, then continued our mosey around half of the lower field, then circled up for mostly standard warm-up exercises.  SSH, IST, Cotton Picker, Wind Mill, Mericans, and glute bridges.  All in cadence, but counts varied (ranging from 10 to 20).

The Thang

From there, we moseyed down to the Bailey Middle field, grabbed rocks, and circled up  on the sideline at the 50.  There, we did a round of 10x rock squats, curls, overhead presses, skull crushers in cadence, then ran across the 50, did 30 squats OYO, then to the goal line for 20 squats, across the field for 10 squats, then back to our rocks.  That was one round.  Each round after we took 2 IC off of the rock exercise (untl we got down to 2) and the 4 corners were Dry Docks, LBCs, Mericans, and static lunges (or split squats).

Moses led us in a mobility moment, which included some swan dives, pigeons, and runner's stretch.

Rocks back, mosey back to the pavilion for dips (x12 IC), incline Mericans (x10 IC), and perpetual step-ups (x15 each leg OYO).

Mosey to basketball courts for Mary.

Mary:

Mary consisted of low dolly, pretzel crunch, freddie mercury, crunchy frog, mason twist, low W, regular W, and LBC (I think).

Mosey back to parking lot for COT.

Until next time — Wafflehouse.
