5 showed in the gloom and Qbert went home after the standard (Squeaks also showed but is not in system)
limited warm-up (some burpees and jumping jacks)
The work out consisted of 5 exercises with a lap after each.
10 squat press, 15 curls, 20 swings, 25 press and 10 v-ups (all with cinder) and a lap after each
I think we got 4 rounds in (getting old and can't remember – note to self do the backblast the day of work-out
Turned out to be a decent work-out.
