Late Q cancel? It’s Brickmas time.

Sponge Bob was scheduled to Q but due to a series of bad choices including carrying a 50 lb ruck and 85 lb sandbag at the same time, he needed to let his back heal so he could be ready for the F3 custom GORUCK Heavy Heavy in a few weeks.  There were absolutley no takers when he asked for a backup on Twitter so, as master Q, it falls to me.

There were plenty of excuses not to show up this past Saturday morning.  It was cold (below freezing), many Pax could not prevent the whisky from flooding their bellies at the F3 Isotope roast on Friday night and it was a long week, etc.

Life is about choices and 5 Pax chose not to make any excuses and started their Saturday with a challenging workout.  It was hard and it was good:

9 rounds of pain with a 1/8 mile run before each round.  

Grab two bricks from the brickyard and walk to the bus lot.
