Leap into the Murph next week. This Q is mine.

11 hard-chargers took advantage of a pleasant morning and faced some un-pleasantry at Arnies Army.

Walk-lunge for an eternity, then mosey to The Bridge.

Load the bridge and prepare for over and backs with a twist:  Climb over from sidewalk to road, bear crawl across the road and back, climb back over to sidewalk, repeat for a total of 5.

Reload the bridge for bridge bear-crawls 4 times through.

Exit, stage left and line up for bridge sprints.  Split into 2 groups and sprint the bridge 6 times.

Man-maker-merkins X 20

Frog-jump the bridge

Slow mosey to far end of bridge and re-load for bridge bear-crawls back (Each man 3 time through)

  1. We had several Pax roll in late today due to detouring for a fire on Devonshire.  YHC read that the house was going through renovations and was unoccupied, so no one was hurt except a bystander who was treated for smoke inhalation.  That seems odd.  Why didn’t he (she) just move out of the smoke while gawking?
  2. Kid Rock led an impromptu 3-some for an Arnies Army satellite workout.  Way to adapt and overcome.
  3. Duly impressed by a couple of the newer Pax (Amen and Dry Rub) hanging tough and consistently posting.  Well done- Iron sharpens Iron.
  4. Prayers were offered up for the recovery of Seraphina (Blackbeard’s daughter) and Schneider.
  5. Thanks to all who posted and to Callahan for the temporary use of the AA torch.  You may have it back for next week’s Murph.
