Had a good showing for Ping’s first Q today. Did 8 stations originally 5:00 minutes of stations with groups of two doing 10 reps each or tagging in when a partner hit failure. Moved the five minutes to two minutes after the first round. finished out with abs circle.
Station 1 : Sandbag cleans with a 25LB or 35LB sandbag.
Station 2: T-Bar rows
Station 3: Burpee Box Jumps
Station 4: Jump Ropes
Station 5: Battle Rope
Station 6: a 10KG or a 12KG medicine ball thrusters.
Station 7 ; lunges
Station 8 : pull-ups or TRX band Row
