Learning The New Standard

Likely the biggest group Night Ranger has ever seen according to the MQ. As usual Crocs and YHC prepared for a quick standard before the workout; to our surprise the entire pax showed up for the standard. A quick debate about which route was truly the standard introduced a competing standard known as "The New Standard" – a 2 mile loop around Hillcrest Dr. 

Then we began…

Wtih everyone warmed up after running the new standard, the Q opt'd for the Weird Al Eat It Challenge again: Hold plank for the entire song, Merking on "Eat It" Lyrics (~30 Merkins). Crocs DJ'd

Since everyone was very familiar with the New Standard route, we went right back to it! Running the course again, but stopping at every intersection with a stop sign for some pain OYO:

20x Lunges -> 20x Squats

2 Laps: 20x Merkins -> 20x LBC -> 20x Dry Docks -> 10x Burpees -> 20x Dry Docks -> 20x LBC

20x Lunges -> 20x Squats

Finally back to the top of the parking deck for Mary to close it out. In total the pax put in ~4.5 miles on the evening!
