Leg Day


13 at the Glen for a burpee free workout – heavy on legs.

Warm-Up: Pledge by Lear then mozy to lower parking lot. High Knees, Buttkickers, Karaoke. SSH 20, IST 20, CP 15, Hillbilly 15, Merkin 15. Failed Indian Run to middle parking lot due to heavy mumblechatter and temporary loss of control by Q.  

The Thang: Mozy to bottom of hill for non-traveling rock, then back to near side of upper lot. OYO rock work, exercise across lot, then squats as follows:

20 Curls- Broad Jump – 20 Slow Deep Squats

20 Skull Crushers- Lunge Walk – 20 Hillbilly Squats

20 Bent Over Rows- Bear Crawl- 20 Jump Squats

20 Military Press- Crab Walk- 20 Imperial Squats

20 Upright Rows- Duck Walk- 20 Tuck Squats

Repeated twice, then broken into 2 groups of 6’ & under for sprints- bar needed to be lowered to 5’10 to even out teams. 3 sets of sprints to end of parking lot- believe won by vertically challenged team. Penalty merkins for losing team waived to leave time for Mary.  

Mary: Pyle deferred to Lear- 72 LBC. Cupcake 20 Boxcutter and 20 Cutterbox. Recover, recover.

Moleskine: Deepend does not understand the phrase “at least” means equal to or greater than.  Hummer tombstoned (defined as showing up at least 15 minutes into a workout) with cause. It defies the laws of physics that Crack has a longer broad jump than Apehangers.
