Leg day at Dragon Slayer.

We did 4 rounds of 40/20 tabata of the following exercises all with the kettlebell:

Dead lift
Goblet squat
Swings
Reverse lunges
Lateral lunges

Then pulls ups, merkins and Bulgarian split squats (my new favorite thanks to CB)

Mary, mobility, recover.

It was another awesome morning in the Isotope!
