19 pax for Fallout this morning.  Turncoat, Tbone, and Major Tom ran 3.6 miles at the standard.

Warm-O-Rama

  • calf stretches

The Thang

Moleskin

  • Thanks to Tbone for your leadership at Fallout.  It was an honor to lead these men this morning.  Everyone was pushing hard. YHC loves this AO.
  • Thanks to my CC brothers who all rode separately this morning.  We just created a clown car #slack channel to improve communication and now we’ve somehow lost the initiative to coordinate clown car rides.  Despite this newfound slackness, we are tight and bring the numbers to a workout!
  • YHC overestimated the number of reasonable rock quadrafeelia reps. The pax worked hard to finish 25 total reps with their healthy rock. The six wouldn’t be denied their pain and refused an offer from YHC to finish short of 25.
  • Jenny and Turncoat picked a too-healthy rock.  Jenny traded it away when Elmers and Tantrum weren't watching.  That helped for a little while, but they eventually figured it out and traded back.
  • We ran about 2.5 miles if you kept up with Magnus because our official distance is courtesy of Magnus.  Our workout was focused on running and leg exercises, just saying in case that wasn’t obvious.  Tantrum noted his arms were feeling neglected.  Eeyore's arms are jealous of his legs now.
  • There was some mumble chatter during the start of Mary, but I couldn’t hear it because “American Kids” by Kenny Chesney and “Chicken Fried” by Zac Brown were blaring in my ear.  Eeyore was singing along, too, like a good ole boy'll do.
  • Tiramisu prayed that we all take a moment today to give thanks for the many gifts and qualities bestowed upon us.  Well done, Misu, and thanks for leading us today in prayer!
