4) 30 Step ups on picnic table each leg with full lap
5) 30 low plank to high plank with full lap
6) 30 leg up parallel to ground with full lap
7) 30 ISWs with full lap

Mumble chatter
– PAX trying to figure out what the theme was for the day with the music including mention of Repeater, 3 year anniversary repeat etc … songs were 3 minutes or so in length which was a better than just a regular ole timer
– Music set the tone for intensity level and I succumbed to peer pressure with mixing up the playlist at the end .. Slowest 30 ISWs of my life
– Stalled just long enough as last round was 30 burpees #ididntwanttodothemeither
– Abrams zones out and when he comes to, realizes he didn’t miss much
– Lots of groans this morning, myself included
– For the PAX that have been hibernating … WINTERS OVER!
