THE THANG

-Mosey to the big hill stopping along the way for:

  *20 IC Peter Parkers

   *20 IC Freddy Mercurys

-After arriving at the bottom of the big hill proceed to:

   *20 IC Pretzel Crunches each leg

   *Mosey halfway up the hill and return back to the bottom

   *20 IC Reverse Crunches / 20 IC American Hammer

   *Mosey halfway up the hill and return back to the bottom

   *20 IC Glute Bridge Knee Raises / 20 IC Mountain Climbers

   *Mosey halfway up the hill and return back to the bottom

   *20 IC Plank Jacks / 10 IC In and Outs (Bam Bams?)

   *Mosey halfway up the hill and return back to the bottom

   *Bear Crawl 1 lap around cul de sac / Side Planks 30 Seconds Each Side

-Mosey back to the tip top of the hill

-20 Donkey Kicks

-Mosey back to the clubhouse

*Toxic never commented once on the usage of the phrases “Ready Position” or “Last”. He motioned to make them the standard lexicon.

*YHC forgot the disclaimer but luckily AMEN took care of it so I don’t get sued.

*You can blame the hill work on Ultraman as I never knew it existed until he made me run it last week. That got the wheels turning…

*For the record this was not my VQ on the east side. This marked Q number 4 since moving here 3 months ago.
