10 SSH at the bottom and add 10 for each round up to 50
Run backwards up the hill
5 merkins at the top
10 squats
Round 3:
5 jump squats at the bottom and add 5 each round up to 15
Bear crawl up the hill 
Crawl Bear down

Mosey to track
first lap karaoke right on the straight, mosey on turns
second lap sprint straight, high knees on turns
third mosey then back to begining
