Late Monday night @Sparknut sent out warnings of rainy weather for our workout today. Yet despite the prospect of being cold and wet 4 PAX met early in the cloudy morning. Extra T-Claps and respect to Atticus for posting 5 times in a row at Outer Limits!
Boy it sure looked like rain this morning. But Komen took one look at the sky and flexed those glorious Quads of his and BOOM. The sun actually started to break through the clouds early. With the weather taken care of, we commenced the

SLOW lap around the green. Chicken Noodle went and decided it'd be a good idea to Q with a torn hamstring. So the going was slow indeed.

On the steps of the clubhouse the rain threatened to come. But this time not even Komen's quads could keep it at bay. As soon as it fell on Sparknut, however, one curl of his freshly worked out bicep sent the raindrops packing. That's right, the Outer Limits PAX have authority over the weather by USING OUR MUSCLES.

Suuuuuuperman!!!
Thanks to the PAX for coming and humoring me as I gimped around with a bum leg. Sparknut was especially encouraging, telling us about his time away solo camping and meeting with the Lord that he planned out last weekend. It was a good reminder of what really is important in life, and about how focusing on Jesus in the midst of the whirlwind of life can make an enormous difference.
See you out there, don't get Noodled!
