7 BRAVE MEN APPEARED IN THE GLOOM FOR THE LINE OF PAIN!
WARMORAMA:
High Knees, Butt Kicks, Side Steps, Backwards Jog, SSH x 25, IST x 15, TS x 15, CP x 15, WM x 15
THE THANG:
The men were greeted early by El Tigre's diligent early morning set up of the Line of Pain.
- Skull Crushers- 25lbs
- Mason Twists- with medicine ball
- Carolina Dry Docks
- Mountain Climbers
- Kettlebells 25lbs
- Squats 25lbs
- Mercans
All of the men did 25 reps at each of the stations above, then sprinted as a group to the stop sign, came back to "the Line". At this point 24 reps at each station was performed, as a group sprinted to the stop sign again, and returned to "the Line". At this point 15 reps were performed at each station, sprinted to the stop sign and back.
THE MOLESKIN:
What a workout! Gasps, grunts and sighs were common among the pax. Got about a 1 mile of sprinting in as well. Way to go men. Mercury definity lost some body fat during this workout as was confirmed by the way he pushed through the exercises. Great seeing Dirt and Jingle Bells! Good work men!
