Main Event
Run out of clubhouse parking lot. Decision to go right, left or straight left with Toro. We went left. Apparently right would have meant pull-up’s……
Triangle set at gazebo parking lot. Launch from top of parking lot. Run down to gate at boat launch (couldn’t get all the way to the water because G-RIP forgot to charge his head lamp). Run to gazebo. Exercises at each: Top: 10 X merkins, 10 X abs, Gate: 8 X burpees, 16 X abs, Gazebo: 10 X derkins, 10 X dips. 8X through (I think)
Run back to clubhouse (took the long way) parking lot on main drag stopping at every mailbox and alternating between 10 X merkins and 10 X abs of choice.
~2.5 miles running.
Moleskin
- Q noticed some derkins that may have been a little (perhaps a lot) short on the way down. Suggested that unnamed pax member should add LBD’s to F3 Nation Lexicon. Will monitor for updates.
- Toro finally convinced himself he can get on the podium for the Charlotte 4-miler. Could have listened to Q and already been on podium with hardware in hand. Next year bro.
- Pinky back from Phoenix CME and off to St. John next week. Traveling man. Hope you guys enjoy the suitcase full of beef in the USVI’s.
- Q and Ladies Man planning for Daddy-Daughter dance on Saturday. Pre-game at Hawthorne’s Pizza then on to the sea-themed dance!
- V2V discussion and planning. Captain imparting some good advice to Q on training.
