Warm up –
Light running of the back hill serpentine style
Continued down to the pull-up forest for a little ladder action:
10 Burpees / 2 pull-ups
8 Burpees / 4 pull-ups
Down to –
2 Burpees / 10 pull-ups
Next regular plank to elbow plank IC (Yea I dropped some cadence) 10 count – exercise name I cannot remember (Ty and Caboose knew it though)
Continued running around to entrance and back up to Kettle bells waiting at 1st corner
Work out –
4 Corners – decrementing by 4 each round
1st corner 20 squat to press run to the next corner with kettle bell
2nd corner 20 lunges run to the next corner with kettle bell
3rd corner 20 squat jumps run to the next corner with kettle bell
4th corner 20 hand release mercans run to the next corner with kettle bell
I think we made it down to 8 reps ending with mercans.
We then ran back to circle and did 10 burpees and called it a work out.
