Hand Release Mercans – 10
Workout –
4 Corners (the long way with a mosey in between)
1st Corner – Burpees X 20
2nd Corner – KB swings X 20
3rd Corner – Jump Squats X 20
4th Corner – Squat to KB press X 20
Decrement by 2 each round.
Got to 14 i think.
Travel Mercans – few parking spots long.
Ended with a lap around Church.
